COMPANY INFORMATION AND BACKGROUND

Mac A. Coalson is the Principal Broker of the company, the office is located on his Parker County Texas Ranch 15 minutes northwest of Weatherford, Texas. He has been selling Farms & Ranches for 30 years and in the ranching business for 40 years. His company primarily focuses on country homes with acreage, horse ranches, cattle ranches, hunting property with some residential & commercial. The core area of focus are the following counties - Parker, Palo Pinto, Wise, Jack, Erath, Hood, Stephens, Young, Clay, Montague, and Cooke which are north, northwest, west and southwest of Ft.Worth, Texas. However larger ranch acreage projects will carry us across Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. Mr. Coalson is also extensively involved in banking, cattle, cutting horses and some oil and gas. Mr. Coalson is also a graduate of Texas Christian University, 20 years of service to San Miguel Lignite Cooperative Power Plant where he served as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Board of the Bethesda United Methodist Church, serves on the Weatherford National Bank Board and serves on the corporate board of First Financial Bankshares of Abilene, Texas on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

McAllen F. Coalson is the eldest son and is also licensed as a real estate broker in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. He holds a BBA degree from Tarleton State University (A division of the Texas A & M University System). He has been active in the business for the past 9 years and grew up in the ranching, real estate, banking, cattle and horse industry.
